Work That Fits Your Game

Bring A Role. Build A Plan.

Role-Specific Skills

Shooting, finishing, footwork and ball handling connected to your position, team responsibilities and the situations you face.

Film-Guided Priorities

Bring available game film and your goals. Agree on two or three priorities that give your training block a clear purpose.

Live Application

Connect repetitions to reads and decisions. Small-group work depends on suitable players and court availability, with the format agreed in advance.

Your Training Block

Plan Around Your Return.

  1. Start With A Conversation

Share your level, position, available dates and next-season responsibilities. We discuss fit, initial assessment and a practical training format.

  2. Set The Priorities

Agree on the focus, schedule, court arrangements and price before committing. College and professional plans reflect each athlete’s experience and needs.

  3. Train & Review

Work through the agreed block, then review your priorities and what to carry into your team environment.

This is a separate enquiry route from our youth evaluation and membership pathway. Training blocks, group composition, court time and pricing are confirmed directly with RISE.
